From “Order Online” in the navigation bar, you can shop by price, colour or select from our rose options. From there, choose your colour option and the size of arrangement you would like.
CUSTOMIZING YOUR ORDER
STEP 1 - Select Your Base Price Point
For example, if they have picked “Small Arrangement”, the options would be:
Your price options will vary based on your starting point (ie. small, medium or large size arrangements.)
Select from three options with regards to how you want your arrangement to arrive.
Design styles will directly affect the final look of your arrangement. We suggest you look over our Design Style descriptions and select the one that best suits your recipient’s personal tastes and preferences.
You can include a custom message to your recipient. Your message will be handwritten by one of our staff onto a small enclosure card, and included in the delivery envelope, along with care instructions for the flowers.
We offer an added service, at no cost, to send you a photo of your order. Please keep in mind, this service is TIME PERMITTING. We do our best to accommodate this request, however, there are times when we can’t get a photo before it leaves the store. We appreciate your understanding when this happens.
With regards to your photo … if you receive a photo of your arrangement, often the order has already left the shop and changes/substitutions may not be possible. The photo is meant as a reference for you and not part of an ‘approval process’.
In this area, please let us know if there is anything you want the designer to keep in mind when putting together your order.
For delivery, you will have to enter the postal code of the delivery address to ensure we offer service to that area. From there, you will confirm the day you would like your order for.
The standard delivery rate of $14 will be applied to your total when you provide your delivery address.
You should be asked to confirm your date of delivery during the checkout process. If this doesn't appear, please type it into your Special Instructions. If a delivery day is missing, one of the staff will contact you to confirm details.
Standard Toronto Delivery is $14 (added during checkout).
Our deliveries are picked up Monday – Saturday, at 11:30am by our delivery service. They are generally delivered throughout the afternoon.
If you are ordering more than 24 in advance and you would like your order to be delivered at a specific time, that option is available, at an additional cost. Please put a note in your delivery instructions and we will send you a digital invoice for the fee (usually $7).
From there, you will follow the steps through the payment process to complete your order.
