We offer fresh flower delivery throughout Toronto and the GTA.
This service is available at a flat rate of $14 for standard Toronto Delivery through our online order system. This is for any delivery that is within 50kms of our Roncesvalles location.

If you need your order to arrive at a specific time and you are ordering more than 24 hours in advance, you have the option to add this to your order at an additional cost. If you would like your order delivered at a specific time, please specify that in your delivery instructions and we will send you a digital invoice for the charge (normally $7 + HST)
Like many independent florists in the city, we work with a floral delivery service. Our service picks up from the shop at 11:30am, Monday-Saturday. Same-Day orders must be received by 11am in order for us to have time to make the arrangement and have it ready for pick-up.
When same-day orders are received after 11am, we can accommodate them on a case-by-case basis. Local deliveries, within the neighbourhood, are usually delivered by our staff, time permitting. Outside the Roncesvalles area, we always check if regular service is available at the standard rate, before going to other options. If the regular service is not available, we have other couriers and services available, at an additional cost. Please contact us for details. We will always do our best to help.
When calling the shop, we are able to provide a local delivery rate for the Roncesvalles area of $10. Unfortunately at this time, our online system does not offered a tiered pricing solution, however it is something we are working towards. That said, when we see an order comes in for a local delivery, we do add flowers to the arrangement to make up for the difference in price, so you are always getting full value of your purchase.
We offer flower delivery service to many areas of Southern Ontario, provided we have 24 hours notice. Delivery rates will vary and timed deliveries are not guaranteed for these areas.

Often our delivery service is not permitted to deliver directly to your recipient if they are in a secured building. The flowers are left with reception, the security desk, or concierge, and they will deliver them to the door, or inform the recipient that there is a delivery to pick up at the front desk.
One of our most commonly asked questions is "has my order been delivered yet?". We are more than happy to contact the service and ask, however, for the most part, no news is good news. Your order is in transit and will be delivered by end of day, on the day you requested.
Not to worry. This does happen and we always deal with it accordingly. Generally a second attempt is made, later in the day. If during the second attempt, there is still no answer and weather permits, we will leave the delivery in a safe, secure location. The driver will contact the shop to let us know, so we are kept informed if your order is not handed directly to someone.
In colder situations, the arrangement may be left with a neighbour and a message left with the recipient so they know who to contact. If this option isn't available, the flowers are returned to the shop and we will follow up with the recipient to make arrangements with them.
During peak floral holidays (ie. Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), often our deliveries must be picked up the day before. If this is the case, same-day deliveries may not always be available and we will cut off deliveries through the online system at a specified time.
If you see that deliveries are not available, store pick-up is often still available, or, we can try to make arrangements with a courier service, if necessary. In these cases, we ask that you contact the shop to review options. We will do our best to help, whenever possible.
