TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL VALENTINE'S EXPERIENCE

ORDER FOR FEBRUARY 12th or 13th!   If you are worried that your flowers will arrive late on Valentine's Day, we highly suggest ordering for February 12th or 13th.    Think of how surprised your special someone will be to get their flowers the day before, rather than waiting and hoping the day of and they don't get there until late in the afternoon.   

Step away from the norm.  Order something unique to their style.  Our Valentine's Day flower collection has been created to take the guess work out of ordering for your sweetheart.  We have created four signature styles and colours palettes, so you can select based on your loved ones' personal style.  From soft and feminine to super dark and sexy, plus same choices in the middle, we will create something as close to the photo shown as possible.  The arrangement pictured is similar in the size and style of what will be created for you.   

Do the colour of the roses mean different things? Not in the modern day. We feel that giving your sweetheart a bouquet, in their favourite colour, means more than going with the standard red rose (unless of course, that is their favourite). Send them an arrangement that is special to them; not what the mass media tells you is expected.

We highly recommend ordering a vase with your arrangement, especially if it is going to an office, or business. Vase arrangements offer a higher quality of design than a bouquet, and an "out of the box" gift, with no assembly required. They tend to last longer and are less work for the recipient. For our Valentine's collection, if you select a vase, we will be providing a clear glass vase, lined with a leaf to hide the floral foam used to keep the arrangement fully hydrated and the flowers more secure for transportation. This means that when your flowers arrive, they can simply be removed from their packaging and enjoyed immediately.

Regarding Delivery: Please note, in regards to delivery on the 13th and 14th, we can not guarantee a specific time. Our delivery drivers will be extremely busy, so the ability to check on your order will be difficult. Please know, we have been doing this for many years, and trust that your arrangement will be delivered by the end of business day. For buildings with concierges, security desks or mailrooms, often our drivers are not allowed to deliver directly to the recipient. Once we have delivered them to the these services, we have no control over when they will be given to your recipient. Arrangements are left with these desks and are brought up throughout the day as time permits. We apologize for this, but due to security measures, it is the process we must follow. We appreciate your understanding.
